Hello!
My name is Amiesha (Mia), I am 29 and currently based in the Yorkshire town of Huddersfield. I live with my partner and our 3 cats and am currently an Educational Teaching Assistant in a local primary school. I am also a mum to 2 Angel babies; Summer Dermawan-Alsop and Winter Dermawan-Alsop.

I studied English Language and the University of Chester and have an interest in reading and writing - hence this blog. There's something about being able to write and get thoughts down in writing that gives me a sense of release and is also fun to do!
I love anything to do with Fashion and Beauty, love to get lost in a book, Music and hot beverages. People in general fascinate me, as do different cultures and languages - So I always find myself keen to observe, learn and spend time with anyone who wishes to spend time with me.
After having 2 miscarriages earlier this year; one at 6 weeks and the other at 21 weeks and 2 days - where I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Summer, I have decided to start blogging again after many years. Summer is the inspiration for the new title of this blog; A Touch of Summer.
